This beautiful Edwardian beaded necklace dates from the early 1900s, and consists of 6 strands of 2mm white beads braided together. This creates a thick braided band approximately 11mm or 1/2" thick, which with its short length of approximately 44 cm or 16" long, would make a stunning choker. While this would be a beautiful everyday necklace, especially in the summertime, it could also be a stunning alternative for a wedding necklace, especially with paired with a strapless gown or a deep neckline. Imagine this as your something old!
Condition: this beaded Edwardian necklace is in excellent vintage condition, with no damages or issues noted. All the strands feel tight and the older brass clasp is a little tarnished but fully functional.

**Shipping Information**
Shipping costs are the cost of mailing an item, along with any necessary packing/packaging materials. If shipping costs seem high, sometimes they are. When estimating for the purposes of listing an item on Etsy, I have to list the most expensive possible shipping destination in a given country. More expensive items are shipped with tracking and insurance, which adds to the cost. If the difference between my shipping estimate and actual costs are greater than $2, I will refund you the difference.
If you are thinking of purchasing an item, contact me with your postal or mailing code, and I will check the precise shipping costs. For less expensive items (under $50), I am willing to ship by cheaper options, but please be aware that this can extend shipping times by 4 to 8 weeks for international shipping to some destinations.
In short, not turning a profit on postage, but need to cover the costs getting lovely jewellery from me to you!
