This estate poppy red beaded necklace and earring set was stored in a vintage Sarah Coventry box, but none of these pieces are marked with the brand, so this was more likely a storage spot. The necklace is dual stranded, with the lower strand comprised of beads that are slightly larger than the upper. The clip on earrings are button style, a cluster of 6 of the same beads in the necklace mounted on a brass clip on backing.

Size:
The necklace measures 15 1/2" at the shortest point, but can be lengthened to 17 1/2" with the extension piece. So that this doesn't fit totally taut around the neck and with a bit of drape, it would likely look best fastened at 16"-17 1/2".
Earrings:
These measure approximately 2.3 cm tall by 2.1 cm wide.
Condition: This vintage red necklace set is in good vintage condition. Much of the AB coating has worn off the beads in the necklace. There is a gap in the lower strand of the necklace, though whether this is because a bead has fallen off or the thread has slackened with time is unclear. Overall, this vintage necklace set appears to be in good condition. The earrings look like they may have been worn less than the necklace, with a fairly even AB coating, and fully functional brass backings.
