This beautiful wide cuff bangle bracelet was made by Birks, a high-end Canadian jeweller, in the 1940s. The front of the bracelet features a beautiful floral and scroll etched design, while the back of the bracelet is engraved for the previous owner and reads:

The hinge and clasp on this vintage silver bracelet are both true and tight. While the bangle bracelet has a safety chain, the clasp still shuts with an audible click. This hinged bracelet is wide, measuring just under 25mm, and has a nice substantial feel. It's a beautiful testimony to another romantic relationship, and has the aura of lasting romance.
Size: Approximately 7" diameter. With the width of this bangle, it might fit a little smaller, depending on your wrist.

Overall, this estate sterling silver bracelet is in good vintage condition. The front of the bracelet is in good shape, with no dents or scratches notices. The back of the bracelet, where the personal tribute is engraved, does sport a few dents, one quite noticeable, and the other two more of a light dimple than a full dent. This bracelet does show some light wear that you would reasonably expect from a previously loved vintage item.
