This beautiful Royal Winton Grimwades White Crocus Chintz plate was made in England in the 1940s, and features a lovely patterns of crocus, bluebells, daisies and primroses. This vintage Royal Winton chintz plate is a rectangular shaped plated with a slight scrolling to the sites; it would be the size of a bon bon dish or perhaps a trinket dish. The colours range from a rich blue, to a mustard yellow, with pinks, reds, and a pale green also taking the stage in this vibrant spring time chintz pattern.
Size: It measures 25cm wide by 13cm deep
Condition: This vintage Grimwades Royal Winton Chintz dish is in good vintage condition. While there is some crazing to the surface and the back of the plate, it is difficult to see with the chintz pattern. There are no chips or cracks to this vintage china plate, however I did feel a few rough spots to the glaze at 2-3 spots on the back of the plate.
