In an estate sale, I found some lovely unused vintage sewing supplies, including these two packages of biased and corded piping. One package is a bright poppy red, and the other is a snow white (slighter darker than a bright white, not quite a creme).
Unusually, both packages are still intact, including their cellophane for the most part; there are a few cracks in the plastic of each package. Buy them individually, or buy both for a reduced price. Both packages are 5 yards each, and though it is difficult to tell in the packaging, they are about 7 or 8 mm wide.
I would estimate that they are from the 1960s. Because they were made in Canada, descriptions in both French and English appear on the front and back of the packaging. Some great vintage sewing supplies for your sewing room!
