This sweet Salisbury Geranium pattern tea cup and saucer is likely from the 1930s, and features celery and pale green geranium foliage, with creamy yellow blossoms with raised mandarin orange stamen in a garland around the rim of the saucer and the the cup. There is gilt edging around the top of the cup, the base of the cup, and on the rim of the saucer; the cup's handle is a pale celery green This is a lush and verdant spring pattern, the colours work in harmony on this vintage 1940s fine china tea cup

Condition: some of the gold trim is slightly worn in sections, mostly on the rim of the teacup. No chips, cracks or crazing noted on the cup.
