This vintage jewelry set features a necklace and clip on earrings, likely from the 1950s, or another close point in the Mid Century. Th necklace is somewhat adjustable, and could likely be worn to close to 17", but as a choker style necklace, this would likely be worn closer to 15" or 16" (depending on your neck size). The majority of the beads in this estate jewelry set are a rich chocolate brown, and are offset with splashes of dusty rose, orange, topaz, pinky beige, and black. While the beads are plastic, they are quite reflective and in some cases faceted, so between this and the metallic and AB coatings on other beads, this 1950s evening set does have some shimmer.
The earrings are clip back and about 23mm in diameter, and feature a cluster of cognac, chocolate brown, dusty rose, and pale amber beads. The clip backs are tight and functional on both earrings.
This vintage jewellery set has deep rich autumnal shades that would pair beautifully with some Mid Century office wear or evening wear. Such a gorgeous set! The box shown in several pictures is for display only; the jewelry set will ship in a new box for gifting.
Condition: This vintage 1950s jewelry set shows the wear and age one associates with a previously loved vintage item, but no major issues. The metallic coating has worn off in some places on the leaf beads in the necklace.
